Nameloc Training Consultancy provides bespoke safeguarding training designed to meet the needs of healthcare organisations.

Alongside our safeguarding training programmes, Nameloc Training Consultancy provides two additional specialist services.
Managed Training and Associate Trainer Service
Nameloc Training Consultancy provides a managed training service for organisations requiring specialist safeguarding and related training.
We work with organisations to understand your training requirements, identify a suitably qualified trainer and coordinate the delivery of the course on your behalf.
This service include:
- identifying the required subject area and learning outcomes;
- sourcing an appropriately experienced trainer;
- agreeing the training format, dates and delivery arrangements;
- coordinating course development and training materials;
- managing communication between the organisation and trainer; and
- providing a single point of contact throughout the commission.
Nameloc maintains a network of experienced associate trainers with specialist knowledge across a range of subjects, including safeguarding adults, safeguarding children and young people, mental capacity, deprivation of liberty, Prevent, neurodiversity, mental health and other areas of professional practice.
This service enables organisations to access suitable specialist training without having to source and manage individual trainers themselves.
Safeguarding Policy and Procedure Services
Nameloc Training Consultancy supports organisations with the development, review and updating of safeguarding policies, procedures and associated guidance.
This service include:
- reviewing existing safeguarding policies and procedures;
- identifying gaps, inconsistencies or areas requiring clarification;
- developing new policies, procedures and supporting guidance;
- updating documents to reflect current legislation, statutory guidance and recognised safeguarding standards;
- improving the structure, accessibility and practical application of documents; and
- supporting organisations to align their policies, training and governance arrangements.
